We will provide a specialist review of your Works Information to determine your scope of works and obligations, clearly identifying important dates.
NEC Clause 31 – First Programme.
From our specialist review of the Works Information we will work with you to develop a fully compliant Clause 31 First Programme, which will clearly identify your scope of work and including your float.
NEC Clause 32 – Revising the Programme.
Once accepted we will work with you to monitor your progress and produce Clause 32 Programme updates and accompanying reports for submission to your clients.
NEC Clause 62 – Quotations for Compensation Events
Under Clause 62.2 of the NEC contract it is vitally important that you assess and submit your entitlement for time as the project progresses using the Compensation Event Quotation mechanism. We will undertake on your behalf a fully compliant Clause 62 Compensation Event Quotation programme for inclusion with your quotation, without this you may lose all entitlement to extension to the Completion date and may leave yourself exposed to Delay Damages.
