Message From Our Founder

After a period in Qatar working as a Claims Manager on Mixed Use Developments and FIFA World Cup infrastructure Projects I returned to the United Kingdom and established Diafora. With the problems of our Industry fresh in mind I wanted to establish a consultancy that was accessible to those that needed help and support the most, those that would reap massive benefits and value from such support, a consultancy that would make a real difference to them and their business success.

Our Company is named after the Greek word Diafora which means “the difference” and this was precisely what we were striving to achieve. We have since established ourselves as a reputable and trusted team of first class professionals that achieves real results for our clients and remain committed to supporting those that need us most.

Since our incorporation in 2016 we have seen our team grow and flourish, we have established our office base in the Midlands and are fortunate to have established a loyal and growing Client base that entrusts us to provide the skills, knowledge and experience that makes the difference to them and their business success.

Our people are supported with an excellent training programme and dedicated mentorship to help them achieve Chartered Quantity Surveyor status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor. As an RICS regulated firm we are fully committed to developing our team to be the best professionals they can be. As an Individual I am also committed to support the RICS in representing the Profession in a way that is relatable to its current members and attractive to new Surveyors and Project Managers entering the industry.

To see the growth and progression of the Company over the last few years, including through recent periods of Covid, is both rewarding and humbling. We are incredibly proud of what Diafora has achieved so far and are excited to see what we will achieve as a team in the future.
