The December Performance recognition award has bee

The December Performance recognition award has been awarded to both Tom Mellor and Daniel Clover. This month’s award was difficult to choose between the two individuals as they have both shown outstanding performances. The Directors therefore decided to award both individuals.

Dan Clover has been instrumental in business growth since the day he joined Diafora. Dan has also focused on Diafora’s client base within the East Midlands, securing numerous local clients.

After recently being promoted to Senior Commercial/ Contracts Consultant, Tom Mellor has demonstrated outstanding professionalism. He has done this by covering other members work when required, as well as maintaining his own workload and mentoring. Sometimes, the jump to a senior position can be daunting, but Tom has embraced the role and excelled in the process.

We are really pleased to have Elyissa join the Diafora team as a Graduate Commercial/ Contracts Consultant.

Elyissa is based at the Ransom Wood office in Mansfield, supporting our Senior Consultants with all aspects of quantity surveying.

Elyissa is part of our graduate program which offers a robust training schedule which allows graduates the opportunity to cover all aspects of their role under supervision of a mentor. This allows our graduates to become versatile and knowledgeable within all aspects of quantity surveying.

Who knew how competitive a group of Quantity Surveyors and Planners could be? A fun and festive go karting session in Birmingham this week really brought out the racing drivers from within the Diafora team. Followed by a festive meal at San Carlo’s. We have had a really busy year so it was a real pleasure to see everyone have a fun and relaxing time.
